This Venezuelan rum is a molasses rum aged only in Venezuela in American oak barrels. The sugar cane used is Romana and Cubana. There is only one harvest per year between December and May, continuously night and day. The sugar cane has more concentration when collected in the morning. It takes 2.24 kg of molasses to obtain 1 litre of this delicious nectar.
